Excellent quality equipment does the job you want it to do has multiple speeds control for you preference. Lose weight at your pace walk or run on this high quality treadmill.

Hold the iFit Button for 30 seconds to activate
The treadmill is great except for its need to be activated by buying an iFit subscription. After some due diligence, I was able to find a blog with how to activate without iFit. I activated mine by pressing the iFit button for 30 seconds and then it was unlocked. None of the instructions reference doing this. They all imply that the only way is to purchase the subscription. Pretty shady if you ask me. Other than that, the treadmill is great and I highly recommend it.
