REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and must return your wig for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 30 days of the invoice date. Please include all the original packaging. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the retail price which will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued or altered in any way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Page Medium Bob Wig This is a horrible wig.. it looks nothing like in the picture. It is not dense and the color and texture are awful. It feels like a nylon thread.. I was shocked. It said not to return after opening.. I am highly disappointed that your company will sell such a cheap and low quality item. I lost my confidence. A big rip off. If I found this wig in a local beauty shop I will not pay a dime for it. That is how bad I feel about this purchase.
