Absolute waste of money....
My husband and I remodeled our guest bedroom and purchased this mattress for a frame we had previously owned. The mattress was self-contained in its box until we finished the room. It has never filled out. There are plastic 'buttons' where the tufts are supposed to be. At MOST the mattress is 2 inches thick. I would never allow a guest to sleep on it. You can feel the bars of the frame through the mattress. We are VERY disappointed with this purchase. Would NOT recommend. Only giving one star because there wasn't an option for none.

Worst mattress ever
Nothing like the pic, very flat and had plastic pieces where the tufts was supposed to be. Sent a replacement and was the same , getting refund now .. Very disappointed

Was a solid good quality futon mattress
I bought this about 6 months ago and love it. Of course I need a bed frame but financially don't have enough money yet. So it is on the floor and serves the purpose really well.
It;s good and sturdy.

Wow
Once opened this futon has just not fluffed up like I expected. I got this for one of my sons, he said he feels
Like he is sat in the metal base. I thought he was exaggerating, so I sat on it myself. It looks and feels completely flat and is horrible to sit on. We are giving it a few more days to expand but it’s been 3 days now so I don’t hold out much hope.

Disappointed
Couch came tater therfor I returned. Sofa is firm so not comfortable for my back issues...also it's only the futon not the frame that's kinda a bummer.color was as shown Chocolate
