Resolutions and Solutions

Well, it’s that time of year again when we all make heavy duty promises that are sometimes hard to keep;) what works best for me is to take everything in moderation and baby steps. This way I don’t become overwhelmed and just give up!

Here’s what I do…I write several goals on the last page of my New Year calendar i.e. Dec 2012. Then I check them of as the year goes on, one at a time. No pressure, I have a whole year to accomplish these things;) For example 1.Pay down credit cards 2.Get a new hairstyle 3.Donate to a good cause 4.Get a more cost effective health insurance plan 5.Lose 10 lbs 6. Join a gym (that one still cracks me up as it seems to be the only one that never got checked off the list…so I finally stopped adding it, who am I kidding?;) BUT 7.Do more Yoga, does get done;) etc… It is such a good feeling to check off those goals at the end of the year!

Meanwhile, in order not be too hard on myself having just endured another mad Holiday rush, I  simply chose to start the year with a new scent. Now I’m feeling fresh with my m. vie Fragrance and ready to take on 2012!
