Resolutions and Solutions

Let’s hit this New Year head on by taking charge of our lives with strength and confidence! As 2013 begins, I find myself making the good old “resolutions” list. Usually, I write down my goals at the end of the New Year’s calendar. As the end of each year approaches, I can see how successful I was at achieving my goals.

This year, I think I’ll try something different. I like the idea of a vision board to really manifest new changes. Being a visual person, it may help me to see these images daily to make things happen. Have any of you tried this and had success? On this board,  I think I will incorporate something to do with exercise, diet, friends, family, work and home… Any other ideas?

Also, it’s nice to have gratitude for the positive people, pets, places and things we have in our lives. With gratitude, I believe we can continue to grow in the right direction;)

Finally, continuing to see the “glass half full” has assisted me in looking on the bright side of life and maintaining a positive attitude.
