What's the best time of day to exercise?

 

Well, we certainly wouldn't proclaim ourselves as experts in the medical profession, but we did a little poking around and it seems that thankfully, there is no black and white. Some people think that you may burn a little more fat in the morning when exercising after an overnight fast, but most professionals will say - and we agree - that any time you can do it is the best time! Before work, after work or in the afternoon, exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good, give you energy and contribute our favorite thing…the inner, beautiful you!

  • Thank you for the tip on the best time to excercise, that is a new commentment I made to myself this year and mornings will definitely work the best for me to start my day!!
