Any advice on dealing with dry, cracked feet—on a budget?

Maureen Burke, our Midnight Velvet beauty expert, recommends getting a paraffin treatment the next time you go in for a pedicure. But if you're on a budget or don't have time for an appointment, try applying your feet liberally with a shea butter based cream and put on some old socks overnight. Voila, you'll wake up with ultra moisturized, smooth feet. Repeat as needed!
