the design for the pants were nice, but the length of the pants were short and with a low rise waist, which is not how i thought they were going to be. i sent this item back for a return

First of all, these pants are shown with a khaki brown shell & matching jacket, so one would assume the pants had some of that color in them. They don't. Also, they are made of very light-weight material and look like they should cost no more than about $20. And last, I've purchased size 10 pants at this price before and they fit perfectly. The size 10 in this item fits like a size 6 or 8.
