I keep snacking at night, even though everyone says I shouldn't. Any tips on avoiding late-night nibbling?

Well, we won't claim to be nutrition experts here, but some common advice out there is to make sure you don't starve during the day. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner (snacks in between are allowed), will help curb appetites at night.

We also hear that sometimes people mistake hunger for thirst—if you get the munchies, try drinking fluids, which can be dressed up with lemon, lime and some artificial sweetener. Pour it over ice, and it makes for a refreshing beverage.
